The second amendment is one of the most pressing issues in today's society. Many cases are being made against it and it is important that we realize just how necessary it is.

The attorney general speaks on the behalf of upholding the second amendment in times of civil unrest when innocent people are being attacked and buildings burned. Without the second amendment American people would not be able to protect themselves.

Giving up the second amendment which is the right to protect yourself against unlawful governments and criminals. Throwing away your gun is not the answer.

The rising suicide rates across the globe are disturbing. Over the past 45 years, the suicide rates have risen by 60%, they have nearly doubled, and are getting worse every year. As of 2016, a person commits suicide every 40 seconds, and the CDC believes that that number will rise to one every 20 seconds by 2020, a disturbing figure. The phenomenon has had little explanation as to cause, however i believe it is the fall in the number of people of faith, or religion. Over the past 50 years, more and more people have lost faith, and crime rates, and suicide rates have skyrocketed. But that is just a theory.

We all are aware and know how scary suicide can be but it is heartbreaking to know that every year the growing rate is rising. We see on the news and on social media that teens are committing suicide but we need to realize that it is not just teens, its all people. The best thing we can do for those who have thought of committing suicide is to be there and listen to them when help is needed.

It's sad to hear about how often suicide happens. I wasn't aware of how bad it actually was. There are many different reasons people decide to take their life away. All we can really do is to try to be there for anyone who needs help and show people that you care. Sometimes it can be from the people we least expect.

Over the past 8 years, there have been obvious assaults at United States citizens second amendment right to bear arms. Guns, especially assault rifles, have received an awful lot of scrutiny for people shooting one another, however in reality shootings with assault rifles account for only 2% of homicides in the United States. Meanwhile the rifles themselves are being blamed for the unstable people wielding them. Meanwhile knives account for nearly 14% of homicides, however no one is attempting to ban knives, as it is general knowledge that they are tools, just like guns. This subject has been plaguing our country for years now, and it's proven that most violent crimes don't happen with guns. Especially assault rifles, people aren't just carting around carrying around rifles everywhere committing crimes. They use what's small and readily available. Such as, knives, bats, handguns, or even just using their fist to get what they want.

This doesn't lead to an article. The nra is perfectly fine with guns even if it leads to a large number of mass shootings. It get to the debate of is it a personal freedom to be able to kill another person.

Paraphrase: Parents who choose not to vaccinate their children are putting other young children who are not old enough to be vaccinated in danger of getting polio, mumps, and rubella. In the United States, there are around four million births every year. Taking this into consideration that means infants everywhere are being put at risk for many vaccine-preventable diseases every day. In addition, twelve million children under the age of four are not completely protected from measles until they get there second MMR immunization at about the age of four years old.
