Are artificial sweeteners truly better for you or are they actually worse then just drinking sugar. Many believe using artificial sweeteners to sweeten drinks and food can be a great way to help reduce calories and maintain a healthy lifestyle. While others believe it is far worse for you then just having sugar or high fructose corn syrup.
