An inmate from New Mexico filed a lawsuit against his county for essentially forgetting about him while he was in jail. He won his lawsuit for $15.5million. I have no idea how you forget about a man in your jail, or how this man won his lawsuit, but hey, people are stupid.

At the oil company headquarters there was a huge explosion. There is a reported 14 people killed and 80 people injured. The shock of the blast was felt three blocks away and shattered windows in the neighboring buildings.
