Friday night, 15 year old Sophia Christen was crossing the street in a car with her friends, when they were side swiped. The car spun rapidly and then they were hit a second time. There were 2 girls in the car. One walked away with just a scratch on her face, the other was life flighted to Boston for major head injuries, but died late that night.

At the oil company headquarters there was a huge explosion. There is a reported 14 people killed and 80 people injured. The shock of the blast was felt three blocks away and shattered windows in the neighboring buildings.
