This site has some good materials and teaching resources for teaching cyber safety. I noticed that there are resources all the way to Kindergarten and more coming.

stopy bullying now is a site for kids and adults about bullying. It includes information about bullying and what you can do. It has games related to bullying to teach students how to handle bullying situations. There are webisodes to help teach kids about bullying.

Great site for elementary students where they can sign up to play games that teach them cybersafety, cyberethics, cybersecurity, and cyberhealth.
