    A Swedish girl was recently rescued from the clutches of ISIS when she was reportedly tricked into traveling to the region with her boyfriend. She was eight months pregnant and gave birth to a son during her time with ISIS.

    Another example of the refugee crisis in Libya. While it is in close proximity to the Italian island of Sicily, cramming people onto rafts and small boats is in incredibly dangerous task that seems to leave those migrants in far worse shape than when they left. However, these people are desperate to flee a region full of terror and horrific atrocities.

    Now that Palmyra has finally been "rescued", there are already talks of restoration. This is good news because of the damage done to the city by ISIS. I'm curious to see if this will bring Russia profit.

    Britain will make "a significant contribution" to equip and train the moderate Syrian opposition to defeat both Islamic State extremists and the Damascus regime of President Bashar al-Assad, its foreign secretary said on Monday. Secretary of Foreign Affairs made a statement,"The UK is helping the opposition establish security and governance, and to deliver essential services. This includes life-saving search and rescue training, helping Syrians whose homes have been reduced to rubble by the regime's bombs."

    The Turkish government recently went into an extremist-controlled territory in order to evacuate a tomb of a major historical figure, and the soldiers who guarded it. The safe passage of this mission has shown that the relations between Turkey and Syria have gotten a bit better.

    Libya is in the midst of complete chaos as they currently have no official government. One idea that some say could fix the situation is to restore the monarchy that ruled Libya until it was overthrown by Gadddafi. As of now, there is one distant relative, a grandnephew of the former King who stands waiting to rescue his nation if "the people demand it."
