Annotary is a nice alternative to Diigo & Delicious - simplifies bookmarking, highlighting, and sharing bookmarks. Great place to start for students/teachers just learning how to organize bookmarks using a Web 2.0 tool

Google Apps for the iPad is a small site built by Google Certified Teacher Jill Galloway. The site addresses a lot of common questions about using Google Apps on iPads. 

Richard Byrne provides links to 8 resources for teaching students what plagiarism is, how to avoid it, and how to detect it. 

This is a helpful, easy to read guide with videos on Evernote, a tool for teachers and students to bookmark, record voicemails, take text and voice notes, upload pictures, docs, PDFs and files, and capture images and information on the web as well as as a software download on your computer or as a plugin for your browser and also as an application for your mobile device. My goal this summer is to begin to maximize the my use of the tool, as I love being able to use it on my computers and mobile devices.

Students at Burlington HS took on the task of learning about Digitla Citizenship and built this site. I love how students interviewed teachers and students, and also the school principal, and also posted examples of good/bad practices. Points to the fact we need to work on this concept and that of a "Digital Footprint"

Backchanneling has a lot of promise with students in many different content areas. Here is a Social Studies teacher who shared her first experience using Today's Meet as a tool for doing formative assessment and teaching critical thinking skills during a film she showed students. I like how the site has a set of short videos demonstrating each "teacher move" to support learning using "Accountable I think these would be helpful in training/professional development, as well. The fact that these "moves" were observed in effective classrooms (i.e. research-based) is good to know.

Holly Clark, aka EdTechDiva, provides some great points about how to help improve search skills for students AND teachers. There are other skills, as well, but these are a good start. Google also has resources for building these important skills.
