This is a great article from Region 17 about leadership. I think it is interesting and true that a leader must have humility and the ability to step back so others can succeed and lead, but at the same time have confidence during set backs. I also thought about the quote "Leaders don't just do things, they change things". Made me think about what I am doing and what I am changing. Hmm....

This is a great tool to get to know people in our group-a way to see their thinking. Blog was a spark to conversations with faculty. Posts help to create a common theme/ability to tie in to our goals.
