    I made some suggestions to this recipe for Crock Pot Vegetable Beef Soup:

    I've made it with ground turkey instead of beef. I don't typically like ground turkey, but it works in this! And using V8 juice in place of the tomato soup and some of the spices makes it easy and super tasty!

      Ground beef... the frozen tubes work well.

      Can use bottle of V8 instead of soup, water, celery, onions, salt and pepper if desired to make prep easier and faster.
