    This article is in french, sorry for that but I could find no relevant group to share this. Briefly it talks about how programmers (those who actually code) are perceived here in France: As guys dwelling the bottom of the hierarchy, whom only ambition *should be* to become lead progr. or better (architect, project lead, ...). i.e. programmer is not really seen as a career.

    Unless you are really HTML-savvy, writing articles directly using HTML is not ideal. First, you have to wrap the content properly with the tags in order to format it, and secondly you will have to go back and forth from your code editor to the browser to see how it looks. If you are a frequent web writer, I think it's better for you to write using Markdown. Markdown allows you to write content in plain text that later can be translated into a valid HTML format, and with the help of a tool, you can instantly see the output.

    Imports bibliography data from an astonishing list of sites ( http://www.zotero.org/translators/ ) via RDF and microformats ( http://www.zotero.org/documentation/compatible_standards_and_software ).  It uses the mozStorage API (backed by a SQLite database), and it's all open source ( http://dev.zotero.org/docs/ ).
