Social media has been brought up in the media as a negative thing, however this article talks about the positive aspects that social media has on this new tech-savvy generation.

On the negative side I agree that not all voices are taken into account, only those with access to new media. On the positive side I agree that the input that is given from voices heard helps improve services and generates awareness.
