This article discusses the qualms of art ownership and license agreements. After a tattoo has been applied onto a person, who retains that tattoo's ownership? One would argue that the tattoo belongs to the wearer, but it would seem that might not be the case. In fact, having the rights to feature the likeness of a person is no longer enough if that person has a tattoo. That person's body being considered a canvas of sorts and therefore allowing the tattoo artists to retain their creative rights.

But this was in the past; now-a-days videogame industry has more money flowing through it then even filming industries like Hollywood, and biggest drawback from this sudden growth has been inflow of money hungry investors whom view this sector as only vessel for cash flow and not creativity. Who can blame them? Its part of the game! The downside comes in for of taxation on creativity and vision, large publishes are only willing to make bet on sure-fire hits with general public, they wish not to invest in to truly wonderful and creative games that would redefine the landscape. Kickstrater website is one of many of its kind that allows gamers and any one else who is interested in investing towards such video game venture in hopes of playing it one day and claiming the credit of making the difference!
