You may find it extremely useful to upload files to a secure site to share to another of your own computers or with collaborative associates and students. This site offers 15 GB storage to begin, a good deal more than Dropbox. Get it while it's still free.

Free online Photoshop replacement. You need to enable local storage if you are doing more than one upload. Facebook, Flickr Group, and Twitter associated for easy upload. Very simple to use.

Azendoo helps teams assign and track their various roles in a group project. I can imagine this as a nice way for teachers to help students decide on tasks and roles with the group as well. Reminders to the team help keep work on track. Azendoo allows as many workspaces as need, and each space has 10GB of storage. works with Evernote, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box to help sharing.

I also want the ability to quickly share with my students folders that have documents or videos without having to send them a link to each one. With these concerns in mind, I felt that combining one of the best visual web resources (Symbaloo) with one of the best storage resources (Google Drive) was the best way to go. " The article shows how G-Drive and Symbaloo can be used together, with an instructional video. It also offers tips on using the two tools for student research projects. Organization of the tiles in the Symbaloo webmix, and the folders in G-Drive is promoted -- a good lesson for anyone whose desktop and files/folders are cluttery. Symbaloo might also serve as a mind-map for a research project, collecting related sites together, and/or tagged by color. I use Symbaloo as my Firefox desktop -- all the sites I want to find fast are there, not just the ones I have used most recently, which is what Firefox offers when a blank tab/window is opened. Symbaloo also means that when you switch from device to device the same set of tiles is viewable. Run out of room? You can organize tabs with different sets of tiles.

A small app will record from your computer over slides and videos. You will probably quickly run out of storage on the KV cloud and be asked to move to the (paid) pro version. However, this might be useful for students to make their own presentation sound great -- good listening/speaking practice. Students must sign up to use the app, but can share their productions through email addresses. I don't know if it is any simpler or more functional than the built in recording function of PowerPoint, or any of the free recorders like Audacity.
