An evolving resource for web tools and other resources for language learning and teaching that includes a wide range of free and freemium tools that can be easily searched and browsed by skill, type of collaboration possible, and cognitive level (based on Bloom’s taxonomy, terms from www.usi.edu/distance/bdt.htm). Limitations are listed in the comments. The tag "Collaborate" means that users can work together to create something. An example of a tool that allows collaboration is a wiki.
