    It's true...we don't spend much time, if any at all, teaching principals about current tools. It's a shame, because they are the real catalysts for what happens at the building level. This blogpost is a perfect place for a primcipal to start.

In California, six middle schools in four cities (San Francisco, Long Beach, Fresno and Riverside) are teaching the first iPad-only algebra course developed by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.

    Would love to get a group of classroom teachers together to have them go through these one by one and color in their matrix. Red for not there, Yellow for could see this done but have not, Green for is happening in my classroom. Maybe some in between colors to signal would like to see this taught on how to do. Then have Administration do it and then let them see the results from the teachers. Maybe that could help us find a direction that would best help us integrate with a buy-in factor.
