Just opened a new web site with BlueHost. When I attempt to open the site with a browser I get "Forbidden etc". Does this have anything to do with the permissions on "default.html" being set to 700? If so what should it be?

maybe this is a stupid question but why this hosting take a lot of time for put online a site yeap cpanel is very fast but what to do with a panel when I need my site online I cant use all time stupid ips for that reason exist dns etc Im right?

I can't insert anything to the config of my site. Why am I having with this? I used Simple Scripts to install phpbb 3.02 (php.com says to never use any of the the auto installs. Things will break.) and now I come up with this problem.
