My site is for a Marine Corps veterans group http://www.mclomaha.org. I am looking for a application or software that will allow the members of my group to be able to have there own little page. Something like a networking or socializing site, but very, very basic.

Is it possible to set up a filter that would look at the subject of the e-mail and it if finds a specific word, to have it automatically send a copy of the e-mail to another e-mail address?

I was just checking into installing the live video chat plugin for FlashChat. Unfortunately, it looks like Flash Media Server / Red5 Server has to be configured to support this.

I have a couple videos on my site but I would like to have a frame of the video showing when it is not playing. Right now, it is just a black square and it does not autostart, so it doesn't look that great.
