    Okay, I have been trying to figure this out, and at this point I feel like a complete idiot. I uploaded a index.html file using my ftp client and I can't figure out #1 where to put it, and #2 how to make any of the folders accessible.

    Just opened a new web site with BlueHost. When I attempt to open the site with a browser I get "Forbidden etc". Does this have anything to do with the permissions on "default.html" being set to 700? If so what should it be?
