Wouldn't it be better to start with a goal and then choose the tool(s) that best serve the goal, tech or not? It seems to me that what redefinition really means is coming up with a more robust and worthwhile goal. I'd rather just start with the goal and UDL Guidelines and select tech as an option that helps achieve the goal and meets the Guidelines.
