As I've said in the last few recent posts, I decided to bring some of my older works forward and publish them for my audience here at Bubblews. "A Tear in the Space Time Continuum" is another example of an image that I created using the fractal generator software, Vchira, with post work in Photoshop. Just after creating it, I sat back, gazed at it, and the first thing that came to my mind was that it looked like a tear in the space/time continuum, so without any further thought, I decided to simply give it that title, "A Tear in the Space Time Continuum". Sometimes the titles I give my abstract pieces are almost like Rorschach tests. The first thing that I see in it becomes the title. If any of them were to be interested, psychologists would probably have a field day deconstructing my titles.

At the time of the original writing of this piece It was December 21, 2012, and at that time, as well as now, the world continued and even still continues to exist. I knew it would. In order to commemorate the fact that the world continues to exist on December 21, 2012 and beyond, I created a special work of art on that very day, December 21, 2012. I created it using the KPT fractal generator filter, FraxPlorer, one of my favorite tools for creating my fractal abstract art; that and a few other filters, layering and color enhancement effects. At first, I gave it the temporary title, Abstract Image 1043, but quickly renamed it "A New Day Shines", for this commemoration. It is presented here, complete with the digitally embossed Bill M. Tracer Studio logo signature seal, small as not to distract from the design, while decidedly present, showing authenticity.

This image is a color variant of "A New Day Shines", which I originally created in order to commemorate the fact that the world continued to exist on December 21, 2012 and beyond into 2013. I created that original special work of art on the very day of December 21, 2012. "Pool of the Spiral King" covers it just fine with a greater economy of words. As has been the pattern of my last few posts, this is another example of an older work of mine that I am now bringing forward and publishing for my Bubblews audience. Also like my other recently published images, I created this postmodern contemporary abstract fractal art image using the fractal generator software, Vchira, with considerable post work in Photoshop. I gave this one the title, "Sacred Emanation". As with many of the images in my fractal image series, the post work included creating the digital frame, and some filtering and layering effects, as well as adding my digital Bill M. Tracer Studio logo signature seal, small as not to distract from the design, while decidedly present, showing authenticity.

Playing around with one of my favorite fractal generators, Vchira, I created this work of postmodern contemporary fractal art. I sat back and looked it over well, and the first thing that came to mind was, "It's a fractal UFO". So, I titled it "Fractal UFO, Dude!" As post work, in Photoshop, I did my usual filtering, layering, and color enhancing. Additionally, I added both the digital frame, and the digitally embossed Bill M. In 1990 we started as Galerie Malraux in Los Angeles, California: at that time the gallery focused mainly on Caribbean art. In 1994 the gallery followed its founder to Dallas, Texas, in a transition which marked the beginning of Pan American Art Gallery; the inaugural exhibit was a massive 400-piece show of important modernist Cuban art. By the early 2000's the gallery moved to a 4500 square feet exhibition space in the upscale Turtle Creek area of Dallas; the first show there, a comprehensive view of Cuban photography titled "Cuban Photography - Revolutionary to Contemporary" was named one of the ten best shows of the year in America.
