The World Internet Project (WIP) is a major, international, collaborative project looking at the social, political and economic impact of the Internet and other new technologies. It also provides a gateway to individual country reports and partner organisations concerned with the development and use of the Internet.
Thanks to Lionel Dabbadie for this link - it illustrates very well the potential for the Internet to profoundly affect the standard models of education - something I refered to at the aqua-tnet conference in Vilamoura last week.
