I found so much useful information on this site I almost forgot to go home. Mostly product testing, but there are also sections such as the encyclopedia, and current government warnings (not just US). The product testing sections list not only the products that passed CL tests, but also those that did not, and why. There are explanations of how the tests were done. The text also discussses current research with references. The biggest problem is that not all products can be tested. But I did find some information about a supplement I'm taking that helped to explain the label information on the bottle.

This website is excellent. Even without a subscription you can get a lot of information but prices for it aren't bad. Lots of recall and warning information.

Very interesting site. I was interested in the product testing, reviews and warnings. A lot of great information on one website.

I found this site when I read an article in US News & World Report about healthy aging. The president of the Preventive Medicine Research Institute, Dean Ornish MD, states how powerfully our choices in diet & lifestyle affect us. The article also talked about epigenetics which studies the ways chemical changes can alter gene expression.

I would probably use the section "foods by nutrient"; you can find out the foods "highest in", or "lowest in" a particular nutrient.
  •
This site offers all the nutritional information one could ever want to know about a food including the inflammatory/antiinflammatory score for each food.
