I enjoyed Dr. Hyman's lecture, but felt I needed more explanation. So I found his website, and there are a lot of articles, blogs, and references. He also has a section devoted to those who bought the book and want to work on the lifestyle changes.

I learned a lot about the issue of pure encapsulation, using no excipients in the formulas. I had never really thought much about it before, but it's important when trying to eliminate certain things from the diet.

I tried the vitamin ID survey and found out that I need more Vitamin C, Fish Oil, Vitamin E, and magnesium. This site has an interesting concept for learning about your vitamin deficits and buying personalized vitamins.
