It depends on which state you are in, if its a second offense or not. In some states such as New York its a first offense.

I think everyone should pay a certain amount on their taxes depending on how much they make. the trip makes $500 million a year according to his 2018 year income. It has shown he only paid 750 in federal income tax. not to mention he has gone on vacation many times which also costs from anywhere from 55 to 315 million. Even if he says its fake news things like those cant keep going on.

Trump is supplying the media with unjust accusations. He is drawing out something that's deemed "wrongful and problematic" yet has not presented anyone with any solid evidence or proof.

Trump said that he had just found out that Obama was tapping his wires but in the same tweet said that there was no proof of it actually happening. The man is just a joke trying to bring "FAKE NEWS" to his name. Using anything he can to use his twitter just like a pre-teen finding out more rumors.

That is a serious topic for students.. It would personally be uncomfortable for me to write an essay for that.

I feel that the idea behind the assignment wasn't to necessarily portray that the teacher thought, and wanted the class to think, Jewish people as being evil but I feel that it is what ended up happening. The teacher could have picked hundreds of different essay topics ranging from abortion to zero tolerance polices that would have allowed students to write persuasively and not specify any one group in particular.

I think that there should be no problem with what they say getting out into the public. Why should they be censored when we are trying to know what kind of a person they are?

I agree, this degree of censoring isn't just. Where's our First Amendment? And if a government official changes a quote later, then that just means they are not being genuine all the time.

I also agree, when it comes to government officials telling the public their viewpoint, nothing should be censored or revised. The people want to know the truth, no matter what side their on. Politicians are well known as liars and crooks, why does it have to be that way?

Conspiracy Theories Exhibit A: The Face Hillary Clinton had some type of medical episode yesterday during a 9/11 event in New York City. A video showing Clinton being dragged into her van surfaced which added more fuel to the fire for the conspiracy theories claiming she has a major illness.

This is an absolutely disgusting, horrific situation. This woman and other contributors to this little boys torturous life deserve to go to prison without no thought needed.

I don't think that banning certain flags is completely fair. Some people may have considered those flags hate flags but others not. I think that if other people want to have flags banned it should be because they may consider it hate speech or they may not agree with certain flags either.

I think you haven't really thought about this through. That flag is disgusting. LIke Germany banned its nazi flag, America as a whole should ban that confederate flag.

I think they should ban the confederate flag like they did with the Nazi flag in Germany
