Go to Wikipedia's English home page and it will look like its regular self for a second, but then -   Wikipedia's English-language landing page. Go to Google's homepage, and you'll find its logo blacked out. If you click on the black box in its place (or the link below the search box), you'll be led to an invitation to petition Congress: "End Piracy, Not Liberty."   Google's homepage.

I can understand were their coming from but that doesn't excuse that fact you should delete a picture of history.

Mark should not be getting negative feedback from this picture. This is part of our history, and he may be getting the hate for this picture when he wasn't the one that posted it, but people should understand that this picture is part of history. Even though some may believe this is bad it shouldn't be taken like that.

I think that there should be no problem with what they say getting out into the public. Why should they be censored when we are trying to know what kind of a person they are?

I agree, this degree of censoring isn't just. Where's our First Amendment? And if a government official changes a quote later, then that just means they are not being genuine all the time.

I also agree, when it comes to government officials telling the public their viewpoint, nothing should be censored or revised. The people want to know the truth, no matter what side their on. Politicians are well known as liars and crooks, why does it have to be that way?
