According to employers, a student's knowledge in intercultural issues will almost automatically increase their employability. Employers like to see applicants who have a well-founded understanding of the role of culture and cultural differences in society.

The article studies the effects that childhood cancer had on people. It talks about how it effects their education, marriage, employment, ect. In the conclusion the results showed that the patients had significant differences in education and health insurence when compared with their siblings. Gender also played a big effect in the study.

This article was a study was about childhood cancer survivors in Sweden. It gives statistics about what type of education the survivors acquired and then how many of them were employed. The article then discusses how much each of the survivors is making working in their profession and how their schooling was a direct affect on that number.

This article talks about the importance of spending less than you earn. Many of Americans have troubles managing their accounts and using debit and credit cards. The article stresses the importance of employers helping to educated their employees to help them make sound financial decisions.

The University of Wisconisn- Madison did research on the math gender gap and this was due to a article "Culture, Not Biology, Underpins Math Gender Gap," published in "ScienceDaily" on June 2, 2009. With more math education they think that we can close the gender gap. Also they found that women with job opportunities are helping close the gap too.
