The kids regularly use or view YouTube (short clips relevant to what is being taught each day), digital storytelling (using technology to write and create stories), as well as blogs (they regularly write book reviews, homework, or view podcasts all on a moderated blogging website).

Facebook has the third largest population in the world. More electronics (kindles) were bought for Christmas than actual books. Our society is changing to more technology based and the effects it may have on us are endless.
