It has a quiz that the students can take after playing the game and print out their results. This would be a good starter activity that introduces the students to the nutrition requirements they need. The site has articles that explain many health issues that concern teens. This is a good place to have students start their research on what makes a healthy meal.

It gives them information about the items after they have chosen them and why they are or are not good choices.
