I just taught diigo in a workshop yesterday. (They loved it.) One of the participants was having an issue when highlighting. When she highlighted something and hovered her mouse over the highlight, the icon that brings up the menu for that allows you to add sticky notes, etc. would not appear. Has anyone run into this problem before? Do you have suggestions? She was using firefox.
