Diigo is near perfect. But there remains the issue of backing up ones Diigo Bookmarks offline, with support for tags.
One program which I found to be very similar to Diigo, in the way it saves bookmarks & tags, is LinkMan. Another great one is the now sadly defunct PowerMarks.
If Diigo can offer an option to export and import (or sync) with either LinkMan or PowerMarks, it will be a great help to all users in backing up their bookmarks & tags.
