Adding a quick access filter isn't working? - 54 views

    Hi there.

    When I click to add a quick access filter onto the firefox toolbar It won't allow me to do it. Here is a pic of the blank screen that I get: http://imgur.com/gEhCj

    Any ideas?

    I'm using Windows 7 and Firefox 8.0 (same issue in 7.0). When I click the OK button on the blank popup window for diigo it gives me the error "Please input tag(s)!"

    If you need any other info just let me know.

    I updated to diigo toolbar 5.1.0.31, windows 7 and Firefox 8.

    I still cannot add a quick access filter. I am getting the same blank popup and "Please input tag(s)!" error.

    Thanks for your help Sandy. I just figured out it was a conflict with another addon. Download Status bar 0.9.10. I disabled that one and now the diigo toolbar is working.
