Firefox extension - anything that uses the internet won't work - 62 views

#5 Joshua Johnson on 01 Feb 12I am having the same problem, is there anything anyone has found to help? I can right click on the page and highlight, even, but as the first poster said, nothing populates when I right click, so I can't control what the extension does until I go back into my Diigo library. I'd love to go back to using Diigo to add pages to lists as I find them, instead of making take two or three times longer... It seems to work well in Chrome, but something is amiss with FF9 and FF10.

#7 Joshua Johnson on 07 Feb 12I signed out and signed in again, also removed and reinstalled; still having the same issues. Originally, clicking on the "bookmark this page to Diigo" option from a right click brought up a tiny window prompting an "ok" on the first use, but then it populated just fine. Now all I ever get is the "ok" prompt, no matte how many times I right click and select the bookmark to Diigo option.

#9 Joshua Johnson on 28 Feb 12Sorry it took so long to respond, FF was having lots of issues, so I wiped it and started over fresh. Diigo bookmarking looked like normal and I loaded other extensions up and it stopped working again, so I was able to narrow it down to the compatibility extension, at leas that is the one I think was causing trouble. Smooth sailing, now! Thanks for your help.
