So for the last week when i diigo a web page i've been getting this error message in the diigo pop-up window, where I would normally be able to see other people's comments, etc., saying "Sorry, the page you requested was not found.
Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization. If you're having trouble locating a destination on Diigo, try visiting the Diigo home page"
Other than that message, everything seemed to be working fine, when I clicked save it said page saved, so I just shrugged and moved on.
Then today I went back to a page to see a highlight, and it wasn't there. Damn.
So now I start looking around for Diigo tech support. I look all over the Help page--no luck. Nothing at all about what to do when your Diigo isn't working right.
Then I start looking for some way to contact someone--anyone(!) at Diigo to ask for help. Very difficult to find anything.
So here I am, hoping that someone can help me solve this--I've become quite dependent on Diigo!
At the same time, I can't help wondering how many other Diigo users encounter a problem and just stop using it, because they encounter the same difficulties I've found between them and a solution, and at some point it just isn't worth the hassle any more.
