The help page (http://www.diigo.com/help/search/1) says "Searching bookmarks in full-text will search the title, tags, comments, and the full text of each bookmarked page."
The screenshot on that page doesn't match the current search page, as noted on the help page, which says: "The screenshots in the help section have not been updated to reflect recent changes in the website and toolbars, so they may not match exactly what you see on your screen. The help section will be updated shortly." What I'm concerned about is that the current search doesn't seem to have this functionality any more. There is no option on the current search page to say "full text".
What I want to do is to bookmark, tag and comment/annotate on a number of pages, and be able to search (just) those pages, including both the original text and my mark-up.

I'm fiddling around a bit more, but it seems that full-text search only works for public bookmarks -- is this right?
I've made a couple of bookmarks as a test, one public and one private, and they now appear to be cached, but full text search only seems to work for the publically bookmarked page.
For example, I searched 'my bookmarks only' from the search page (http://www.diigo.com/search) for the term "scenario", and the second document comes up as expected. If I search for the term 'interactions', which exists in the private document, I get no search results.

Search for unusual words within a highlight or annotation show up in the results. Search for an unusual word elsewhere in the cached document does not.

The full document _is_ cached. I'm wondering if the Diigo full-text search engine honours the 'NOINDEX' tag even for cached documents, so that all that gets indexed is the text in the database (e.g., annotations, title, etc.)?

This functionality seems to be one of the 'highlights' of Diigo, and is what drew me here. Here's the reference for when the feature was originally implemented:
