Twice in the last two months, the Diigo button (the one that toggles the toolbar on and off) refused to display "My Library (web)" although it will display "My Library (sidebar). I don't know the abracadabra to get it to work again. Can anyone help me?

    How do I send screenshots?
I just opened Firefox and selected My Library from the Diigo pulldown menu that sits to the left of the URL window. Nothing happened. I then selected My Groups > Diigo Community and this site opened up. I could then select My Library from the buttons at the top and get where I wanted to go. I want to be able to go directly to My LIbrary using the Diigo pulldown menu that sits next to the URL window, not the menu on the Diigo Toolbar. Hope you can help.

    Hi Sandy.
The problem is more persistent than ever.
I am using Mac 10.5.8 and Firefox 6.0.2. I have taken a couple of screenshots which open up in Preview but when I Select All and Copy, then insert the cursor in this Post Box, the Firefox Paste function is gray and so, of course, nothing happens when I press Command V. So I must be missing something. All I can do in these Post windows is type.

It may not be considered good form to bring up another topic, but while I have your attention, I am mystified by Diigo in general. I use it primarily so that all my bookmarks can be accessed from the different computers that I operate. I have no desire to have public bookmarks and I have no idea how to highlight them. Several days ago I discovered that many of my imported bookmarks were public and by stroke of luck managed to Google a productive explanation of how to convert them to private in batches. Now I have more public bookmarks, but I can neither remember what I did, nor can I see on the Diigo page anything even remotely suggesting the power to do any such thing, nor can I remember how I found the information on how to unlock Diigo's hidden powers. The tools menu doesn't seem to be a menu at all but advertising for ad-ons. Where does Diigo hide its capabilities? It is mystifying. The only thing I want to do is bookmark, quickly access what I have bookmarked just as though it was in Firefox, but now available to any one of several machines I use.
