I am a new diigo user and am enjoying the service so far. However I am encountering some irritating problems while using the diigo website in Firefox.

    * In the comment box there is no cursor so i don't know where my typing will appear if I click, for example, into the middle of a sentence.

    * When I click the "remove" button to delete a comment, the confirmation box does not always appear.

Is anyone else running into these (and/or other) problems? These are small gliches which can and should be easily fixed. It would definitely make my experience (as a user) much better.

We have several types of comments: page comment (general note to a bookmark), in-situ sticky note and a floating sticky note that's not associated with any highlight. Are you referring to page comment (within the bookmarking pop-up window) or when you add a new sticky note?

I assume you're doing the delete in "My Bookmarks" area. So, are those comment successfully deleted, or still there? How often does this happen? What's your operating system / browser type, etc.? Also, please make sure you upgrade to the latest toolbar.
