Tags not working - 2 views

  Inside Diigo I can add a tag to a new bookmark and I can even see the number that I have taged with a particular tag but starting just today If I click on that tag I see a icon that looks like a goast from packman and it says There's no item!
  
  Is there an issue with Diigo right now and tags I have been using this function since around 2015 with no ishues.
