simplifying presentation of annotations - 'Expand All' is not immediately intuitive - 20 views

  When I refer newcomers to (say) http://groups.diigo.com/macfusion/bookmark/tag/performance the aspect that I _most_ wish to be seen is:
  
  * annotations.
  
  Annotation are not shown, and the 'Expand All' button is not intuitive to someone who has never used Diigo.
  
  = Suggestions =
  
  In no particular order, and not dependent upon each other:
  
  * 'Expand All' button should be renamed 'Highlights, comments'
  
  * the 'Highlights and comments' button should be yellow
  
  - bright enough to draw attention, but not ugly
  
  - most people's use of highlighter pens is yellow; there's a logical association
  
  * logical URL suffixes with which referrers can opt to show or hide highlights
  
  - for example http://groups.diigo.com/macfusion/bookmark/tag/performance?highlights=shown or more succinctly http://groups.diigo.com/macfusion/bookmark/tag/performance?h=on
  
  * annotations should be shown (expanded) by default
  
  - that suggestion is probably contentious
