Search in Snapshot not working - 33 views

  Hi,
  
  I have a bookmark with a snapshot, that I can open and read. When i search for a word that is in the snapshot text, I get no results. Is the index working?

  i tried imported bookmarks aswell as a new bookmark done with the toolbar. neither is working

  Do you import bookmarks created long ago? If the original webpages expire, they can not be snapshoted the time you import them to diigo.
  Besides, as for those links still available, they are in queue to make up a index and not searchable immediately.
  What's more,having tested by creating bookmarks by diigo toolbar, i find out they are available by full-text search and searching in snapshot immediately.
  Could you please send the specific url you made by toolbar? More details is needed so that we can handle it ASAP.
