I just enabled the feature that places a copy of your Diigo bookmarks into Firefox automatically. I was happy to see that it brought my Diigo tags into the correct field on Firefox. I would however like to have the option to not separate them out into folders based on each tag. I end up with a distinct bookmark in each of the tagged folders which makes searching on the local machines bookmarks tedious and repetitive.
I understand that before FF3, and perhaps with other browsers, you don't have the option to add and search for the tags, which leaves only folders to provide organization. However, with the tagging in place in FF3 I think it would be a good option to allow all of the bookmarks to go into a single folder.

I can then use the tags to find them as needed.
