    Safari 4.0.3 (6531.9) in Mac OS X 10.6.1 Build 10B504
    with ClickToFlash 1.5.2

http://blogger.seanabrady.net/2009/09/diigo-40-release.html in mid-ground with the first of six H.264 movies loaded (or loading) and playing, the other five deferred by ClickToFlash.

http://www.utechtips.com/round-two-and-version-4-diigo/ in foreground with Diigolet 4.0b14

    I select the text
Round Two and Version 4: Diigo and highlight.

    I select the text
    September 29, 2009 and highlight.

At this point I see that the first highlight is no longer drawn; then Safari stops responding (but Sean's movie continues to play). Or something like that.

This is more likely a bug in Safari with some non-Apple addition to my system, but the bug bit twice at the same point whilst using Diigolet so it's worth mentioning here. Hang reports to follow (both are being submitted to Apple in the usual way).

I'm about to try to reproduce the bug. In the meantime:

http://www.diigo.com/bookmark/http%3A%2F%2Fwww.utechtips.com%2Fround-two-and-version-4-diigo?f=m&tab=comment&uname=grahamperrin shows no highlights i.e. both previous applications failed

The background window with H.264 and ClickToFlash etc. is probably irrelevant. For the third bite of the bug none of the movies were loading or loaded.

    Hang reports at http://www.wuala.com/Diigo-4/967406

I'm vaguely familiar with interpreting crash reports, hangs are more mysterious to me.
