3. within your request, include a brief note explaining
why you request their friendship
- increases the likelihood of a response
4. after they accept your request, you can send to them.

In practice, I don't use Diigo messaging to send bookmarks, it's bugged:

- your sent copy of the message may be without the bookmark
- making it difficult or impossible to recall what you sent.
