Public notes not sticking to a highlight, or slow to appear after sticking - 14 views

  Whilst drawing highlights at http://www.macworld.com/article/141511/2009/07/cabledrop.html I tried three times to stick a public note to the string
  keeping track of which identically-looking cable connects to which device
  
  Eventually two copies appeared, then I deleted a duplicate, but the third did not appear.
  
  A Diigo service issue?
