A few minutes ago, I was prompted to moderate new members for this Diigo Community group.
I selected (checked) the uppermost name, there were multiple posts from the user, probably the old posts of a past member re-joining. (Off-topic: maybe this approved user was the fenman mentioned in nearby http://groups.diigo.com/group/Diigo_HQ/content/1044955 .)
I clicked approve and the banner Done appeared, with a prompt to moderate one more new member.
I opted to Ban from this group & Flag as Spammer and the banner Done reappeared, but the user remained, so repeated the ban, and the banner Done reappeared, but the user remained.
Ignoring the problem, I followed the breadcrumb trail to Diigo Community and found no prompt to moderate.
Incidentally, shot 007 exposes a design bug that I reported long ago: moving targets. I aim for a button, but when I click, it reaches something other than the button. The banner (in this case Done.) displaces content and the content is displaced again - without user interaction - when the banner disappears.
On three of three occasions 10th March, 12th March, 14th March) when I first approved some, then banned some people: the banned people remained in the list following the ban. I wonder whether this bug is reproducible every time.
Today, a swift reload of the page corrected the list. My guess: an AJAX issue, I'll add that tag to this topic.

I approved some, not all, listed users.
Then, I clicked to ban and flag the remaining four.
The system responded Done but all four remain in the list.

Probably true, I might check later.
