  The editor of a list should have the option to suppress the WebSlides button for that list.
  
  Rationale
  
  For some types of list, WebSlides are certainly, or debatably, inappropriate. Examples:
  
  * http://www.diigo.com/list/grahamperrin/osaf-votes-community?v=p (all https, none presentable)
  
  * http://www.diigo.com/list/grahamperrin/osaf-votes?v=p (all https, none presentable)
  
  * lists that include one or more page with sound (bugged) - YouTube pages fall into this category.
