  new to diigo...but if i am not the owner and i send a invite a friend to join our group and they accept, do they only then get my bookmarks and not every one elses? (ie the owners bookmarks as well

  Hi
  
  Group members see all bookmarks and topics that are addressed to the group.
  
  All members of a group can post bookmarks to the group.
  
  If you enable the forum, then all members can post topics to the group.
  
  If you want a collection of bookmarks to which other users can not contribute, then create a Diigo list and share that list with the group.
