    Bookmarks I sent earlier today have not reached their destination.

    What a coincidence! 22 minutes after I asked if Send was broken, the articles showed up.

    Does Diigo have a monitoring system to let management know when the service "stops?"

    Y, we figured it out.

    We have the monitoring service. However the alert email was buried :( .

    Sure, we care about it very much. All diigo users deserve high reliability and we will improve the whole monitoring process.
