    Postscript: not draggable, but does that matter?

    IMHO if we need to move a dialogue to see what's behind, then there's something imperfect about the UI that led us to the dialogue.

    The same may be true wherever a close box takes the place of a cancel button.

    There may be WCAG 2.0 conformance issues.
