  I have been using Diigo for over six months without any problem.
  Today, when I go into my bookmarks, none of the functions (share, preview etc work... What do i do???

  If you click the Share menu before the page has loaded, there will be no response.
  
  Try reloading the page, then wait for the load to complete before clicking.
