"Forward" takes a long time to fill the "forward" form :( - 4 views

  When I use "Forward" to forward some text or a link, I'm frustrated of late with how long I have to wait before I can start typing email addresses to recipients. I have this on multiple (fast) computers.
  
  Can the form be changed to allow us to start typing email recipients immediately, even if all the content hasn't been filled in yet?
